The Mobile Clinic can now reach the rural poor in the very remote regions and can be put on a ferry and go from island to island The Mobile Clinic was fabricated in Cebu Philippines by Felix Taguiam at DECO Sales Inc. He added the Lavatory, tinted the windows and painted the bus as his contribution. Thank You Felix
The Vinyl Signage and Logo's were donated by Rick Burgess at Coastline Signs in Aberdeen Washington, USA. Thank You Rick b We serve the rural areas of the Philippines, We found out that we could take it just about anywhere and on most roads out in the sugar cane and rice fields. This picture was taken on our way to Brgy. Caridad.
Here we are on our way to Brgy. Napolis - They are harvesting sugarcane and loading the truck leaving us little room to get around
Here we have to wait for a herd of carabao to cross the road so we didn't put a dent in the new mobile clinic
This is where we had clinic in Napoles. We used our generator for power. We took out our pop up tents and used one as a registration area and the other we used to dispense the eyeglasses all out in the muddy road
People waiting outside the Mobile Clinic to be pre tested and examined
Indigents with their numbers & personal history forms in the Pre test area of the bus awaiting the auto refractor and next the Dr.
The Dr's Examination portion of the bus with interpreter -recorder
The rear of the bus has a restroom, storage area for eyeglasses & the rear door of which patients exit the mobile clinic
THANKS TO ALL OF YOU WHO DONATED TO THE FOUNDATION TO MAKE THIS "CLINIC ON WHEELS" POSSIBLE - See Sponsors list
